The Ugly Truth

The fact of the matter is too many people are losing their jobs and dignity to situations that involve workplace bullies and harassment. Most of us cannot afford to lose our jobs because we have families and unfortunately, that is the type of thing bullies prey on. The opportunity to victimize people that do not have a choice and that will not be perceived as someone who will stand up for themselves. Workplace bullying can end up costing someone thousands and even hundreds of thousands of dollars or even their reputation which in most cases is priceless. I am sure you can agree your hard work, education along with networking put into your career means a great deal as it should. My goal is to do what I can to keep that good standing by taking control of the situation for you. My certification is Bullying Prevention allows me to reach out to many resources that can confront bullying situations while maintaining anonymity of the victims at all times. I also have workplace bullying consultants willing to provide consultations to Human Resources Departments, I can help research and locate resources to help with displacement or legal action. Most importantly my goal with the “Workplace Bullying Box” is to provide you with a service that is going to help you regain career confidence without being shamed or labeled a “whistle-blower”
